The most auspicious Raja Mathangi Sahitha Ashta Lakshmi Pooja was conducted at the residence of Shri Bhaskar in Jawahar Nagar (near Perambur) in Chennai on 31st August 2011.
As usual this powerful pooja that bestows prosperity and happiness to the doer was conducted under the guidance of our Sri Lakshmi Ji. Around 10 devotees participated and derived immence blessings of Goddess Raja Mathangi.
This pooja was started with Paadha Pooja to Sri Lakshmi Ji by Shri Bhaskar and Smt. Malarvizhi Bhaskar.
Before the pooja started Shri Bhaskar explained to the devotees gathered there about the greatness of our Guru Parampara and the dedication of Sri Lakshmiji to the Guru Parampara. This was indeed a great sign of devotion on the part of the Bhaskar couple to parampara.
The pooja concluded with naivedyam and aarati.
Sri Lakshmi Ji also distributed the books that contain the mantras and ritual process to be followed to the devotees present there.
It is important to note that this pooja must be done only thru proper initiation by Sri Lakshmi Ji to attain the full benefit. Mere following the ritual through the book will not be beneficial. All poojas that are imparted in this parampara must be iniated in a proper manner. May all the devotees who took part in this pooja be blessed with abundance and happiness in their lives.
