Report on 19th Vasanth Navaratri Maha Nava Chandi Yagna (Havan)
The Maha Chandi Yagna for Universal Well Being was conducted on the 12th of April , Vasanth Navratri at Meenakshi Illam. The Yagna stalam and the Homa kundam were well decorated and there was a festive atmosphere all round.
Sri Lakshmiji started off with undertaking Sankalpam towards Loka Kshemam(Global Well Being) at the anointed time. The Agni Mathanam (creation of Holy Fire) was performed and to the delight of all present the glow of Fire was almost instantaneous. This was construed as Good Omen by the devotees and all looked forward to a divine afternoon as the Yagna progressed.
The entire Yagna was done as per the Guru Parampara and all Vedic rituals were adhered to completely under the total guidance of Sri Lakshmiji. The devotees enjoyed the entire proceedings and were showered by the Blessings of the Supreme Mother. The presence of Mother was experienced by all when the entire Fruit Pandal came down around the Havan area just as the Homam was completed. Sri Lakshmiji then proceeded to add the entire fruits in the Homam as prasaadam which the Supreme Mother accepted and blessed the devotees.
Sri Lakshmiji Blessed the devotees individually after which Prasad was provided .
