(Meaning: Salutations to the devi who is the mother of all living beings – Durga Saptashati Mantra )
Sri Sharada Navaratri or Durga Puja is considered as a very auspicious period because Ambaal herself undertakes penance and austerities for the nine days and finally destroys the evil forces on the 10th day(Vijay Dasami). A chandi Yagna done during this period is considered more powerful and special compared to other occasions.
On such an auspicious occasion of Sharada Navarathri with the grace and blessings of PoojyaSri “Mantra Murti Dasan” Venkatesa Battachar Swamigal ,the 14th Maha Nava Chandi Yagnam will be conducted for Universal peace and harmony at Meenakshi Illam , Near Sri Viswaroopa Panchamukha Anjaneya Swami Ashram at Tiruvallur on 14-October-2010 (Thursday).
Devotees are requested to participate in the yagnam and receive the blessings of Guru Parampara and Goddess Chandika Parameshwari who is the form of Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi and Maha Saraswathi.
